From Thai and Vietnamese to American and Middle Eastern, Fog Food collapsed the culinary diversity of one of San Francisco's best dining neighborhoods onto one plate by ordering to-go food from various restaurants and re-presenting a hybrid meal.
Combining a new lunch menu each week with immersive collaborative projects by emerging Bay Area Artists, the producers of Fog Food involved 4 different approaches to a restaurant atmosphere over the course of a month long project.
